Unlike a timeshare, The Refuge offers true fractional real estate ownership through a professionally managed LLC structure designed around shared stewardship, not just shared vacations. Owners purchase an actual ownership interest in the property — one that can be sold just like traditional real estate ownership.


While many owners may absolutely use their Refuge share as a second home or vacation property.  Each Refuge property is fully managed by PMI Rainbow Row, handling everything from scheduling, maintenance, taxes, insurance, and cleaning to landscape stewardship and optional retreat coordination. This allows owners to enjoy the benefits of ownership without the full-time burden of managing a second home.


We also understand that flexibility matters. Owners are free to sell their shares at any time, just as they would with other real estate investments.

Our ownership and scheduling model is designed to make shared ownership simple and intentional. Advanced scheduling technology allows owners to plan stays throughout the year with flexibility and fairness, making it easy to reserve meaningful time at the property for personal retreats, family gatherings, corporate retreats, creative sabbaticals, or simple time immersed in nature.
